The Fengrun Large Steel Deep Processing Project will be fully put into operation in the middle of the year

Recently, the second phase of Tangshan Guanya New Materials Co., Ltd., a large-scale steel consumption project in Fengrun District, is accelerating construction. After all projects are completed, they can consume 500000 tons of hot rolled strip steel annually, achieving sales revenue of 2.5 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 190 million yuan. This project is located in Xinjuntun Town, Fengrun District, and is a model for extending the steel industry chain, promoting deep processing of the steel industry, and optimizing and upgrading steel products in our city. The entire project is constructed in two phases, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, covering an area of 125 acres and a total construction area of 65000 square meters. Among them, the first phase of the project started in October 2012 with an investment of 400 million yuan, constructing two silicon steel production lines, and was put into operation at the end of May 2013; Last October, the second phase of the project began construction with an investment of 600 million yuan to build a production line for automotive accessories and garden tools, expected to be completed by the end of July 2014. In the enterprise product exhibition hall, various exquisite and small garden tools suitable for household use, as well as novel and unique ashtrays and other household utensils, have attracted the attention of journalists, making people unable to stop and watch. According to Li Guoquan, the general manager of the company, the predecessor of the enterprise was Zhicheng Steel Rolling Co., Ltd. In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise and overcome difficulties, it cooperated with Zhejiang Guanya Company to establish a mechanical and electrical supporting product manufacturing and processing base project, and established Guanya New Materials Co., Ltd. After the project is completed, it can consume 500000 tons of local hot-rolled strip steel annually, produce 400000 tons of silicon steel, 5 million sets of automotive accessories, and 3 million sets of garden tools. It is expected to have an annual sales revenue of 2.5 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 190 million yuan. The product market covers domestic, European, American, and Middle East regions, becoming the export product production base of Zhejiang Guanya New Materials Co., Ltd. in northern China.
